Josiah Allen facilitates the program development and deployment of Ergonomics and Risk Management solutions. Josiah has experience implementing ergonomics processes across global organizations, performing MSD risk assessments, and redesigning workspaces to enable employees to work within their capabilities while maximizing output. Josiah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He has achieved recognition as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Jaclyn Faraci, CPE, CSP
Senior Solution Consultant, VelocityEHS
Jaclyn Faraci provides technical and scientific expertise to support the sales and product teams, helping organizations worldwide enhance their EHS and ESG processes. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics and a Master of Science degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. Jaclyn is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), as well as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Brian Larsen has been with the company for over 10 years. In his role he serves as a technical expert for our solutions, identifies customer challenges and outlines how we can achieve their desired outcomes. Jessica Gildersleeve has been working in the field of Environmental Health and Safety for the past 11 years and has a true passion to help others. Her experiences span the amusement park industry as well as the manufacturing industry in a variety of manufacturing processes ranging from shingle manufacturing, automotive interior, industrial conveyors and ovens as well as plastics. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management from the University of Findlay and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Tristan Lockard has been working with Velocity software for nearly five years in both a customer and employee capacity. He is an EHS and ESG professional with expertise ranging from fulfilling Title V air permitting requirements to assisting with corporate EHS strategies and policies to ensure all employees return home safely. Tristan has received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Management from Stockton University in New Jersey, and a certificate in Sustainability: Strategies and Opportunities for Industry from MIT.
