Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

  • Develop the Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) into a full-fledged, profitable P&L, building repeatable integration patterns with the various modules of the VelocityEHS Accelerate platform.
  • Lead integration discovery with prospects and closed deals to assess and direct the customers to the integration solution that provides the greatest long-term value to both VelocityEHS and the customer.
  • Build a framework to allow partners to successfully provide integration work for their clients on our platforms.
  • Establish a mixed capacity model that accurately depicts our ability to take on new integration work either directly or via partnership and create via process and training an ability to scale to need.
  • Partner with senior leadership across the company to align to strategic imperatives and underlying technology strategy.
  • Partner with Sales to provide guidance and constant training on when and how to bring the CoE into the sales conversation.
  • Partner with Marketing to launch the CoE practice as a differentiating component of our product offering.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in technology-focused organizations
  • 15+ years of leading cross-disciplinary product and software development teams across multiple domains
  • Proven experience in engineering and software integration patterns
