Workforce Transformation in the Age of AI
AI is poised to transform EHS, from removing routine work and surfacing hidden risk to sharpening decisions that protect people and performance. But as adoption accelerates, leaders face a defining challenge: how to capture the value of AI without compromising trust, accountability, or the human judgment safety demands.
Together, we will explore Workforce Transformation in the Age of AI, discussing where AI can make the greatest impact, how workforce expectations and capabilities must evolve, and the practical steps EHS leaders can take now to adopt AI responsibly, turning better intelligence into safer, stronger outcomes.
