European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances (EINECS).

EINECS is a comprehensive inventory of chemical substances that were commercially available in the European Union (EU) between 1965 and 1981. It was created under the European Chemicals Bureau (ECB) and is now maintained by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
