How to Use the Risk Self-Assessment Tool.

Click on the button below to enter the assessment. There, you’ll answer questions that evaluate your current risk management practices and performance across each of these five categories: Leadership, Process, Data, Communication, and Improvement.

STEP 1:

Read through each question and answer to the best of your knowledge using the 5-point scale, with a 1 indicating never and 5 indicating always for each question. When you’ve answered all the questions on the page, click “Next” to move to the next assessment category.

STEP 2:

Once you’ve completed the questions in each category, click “Next” or click on the “Results” tab to view a printable summary of your assessment results. The results will include a brief description of your current level of risk management program maturity, along with improvement strategies and best practices to help you keep your program moving forward!

STEP 3:

On the final tab, click “Submit Results” to have your anonymous results included in our forthcoming risk management benchmarking study. You’ll also instantly receive our “Using Risk Bowties to Manage Risk” eBook in your inbox, along with a copy of the benchmarking study when it’s completed.
