Every successful ergonomics process requires a driver to establish the roadmap and continually monitor progress. Whether you are just starting out in the field and need to learn how to do ergonomics right or are a veteran looking for new tools and strategies to increase process performance, this online workshop series is for you.

In just one week, over two sessions, participants will use the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle of continuous improvement to plan and document their company’s ergonomics process. Post-workshop activities and homework will be assigned between the sessions to verify learnings.
